Inserts and Doublers
 Inserts are a necessity for any pocket diaper, and are a great addition for non-pocket diapers to get extra absorbency when you need it (think naptime and overnight). We carry many, many different types of inserts. They all work great, we generally recommend using the insert that was originally designed to fit your diaper of choice (ie. use Mother of Eden inserts in your Fuzzi Bunz diaper, Swaddlebee inserts with your Swaddlebees diapers, etc). But most inserts are interchangeable, it all depends on the size (not sure if something will fit? Contact us and we'll let you know!). We've organized our inserts by manufacturer to make it easy for you to shop!
Not sure about microterry verses hemp inserts? Hemp can absorb more, but it takes longer to absorb. Microterry doesn't absorb as much (it still absorbs a lot though!) but it absorbs faster. We like to use a microterry/hemp combination (one on top of the other) for overnight - put the microterry closest to baby and the hemp behind - absorbs a lot - quickly!
