Sometimes life (ie. toddlers underfoot!) can get hectic, and while we try to be readily available online and by phone, family duties can at times prevent this. Returns
In most cases, faulty merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer if there is a manufacturing defect.

Products can be refunded (minus shipping fees) within 14 days (as long as they have not been worn or washed). Exchanges or store credit are allowed, but the purchaser must cover shipping fees both directions.
Payment
Credit card, Paypal, and Money Orders (must be received prior to our shipping your order) are accepted through our online shopping cart. Interac (debit card) or cash are also available for items being picked-up in store.

We offer FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $250.00. Orders under that will be charged based on their order total based on the following chart.

FREE shipping on US orders applies to those orders over $500.00 CAD. Orders under that will be charged a flat rate of $35.00 CAD. International/overseas orders will be charged extra. All in stock product will be shipped within seven business days. If products are not in stock, we will place an order with the manufacturer as soon as possible. Shipping times will depend on how quickly the manufacturer then ships. Please note that many of our products do come from the U.S. and Customs can sometimes slow the shipping process. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you by email to let you know approximately when your order will ship. Should you require immediate shipping, please contact us to find out what we currently have in stock.
Shipping Insurance
We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. If you would like shipping insurance please contact us. If insurance is not requested and a package is lost, we cannot be responsible, although we will do our best to track your shipment.
